Four gates
- Gate 0 Problem fit Interviews and the pilot application are open. The site claims nothing about the product working for anyone but us.
- Gate 1 Founder-led pilot The smallest real period-update loop passed on the installed build. Design partners run their own periods with the founder.
- Gate 2 Assisted self-serve Two people who are not the founder walked the setup alone. Download by invitation code.
- Gate 3 PMF verdict Retention over three periods and the exit questionnaire decide: continue, change the audience, or lead with Review.
