Terms of Use
These terms cover the website yigcore.com: its pages, the film and the interactive preview, the pilot application, feedback, roadmap votes and the status link. They do not cover the Yigcore software, which pilot participants receive under a separate written agreement.
1. Who we are
The site is published by a natural person established in France, under the name YiG (details in the legal notice). Using the site means you accept these terms.
2. Free access, for professionals
The site is free to use. The pilot is offered to professionals for their professional activity; nothing on the site is sold, and applying creates no obligation for either side. Submitting an application does not give access to the software; if your application fits, we propose a written pilot agreement.
3. Using the site properly
You agree not to:
- submit false information or someone else's details;
- send figures or personal data of others through the feedback form;
- overload the site, get around its limits, or collect its content automatically on a large scale;
- use the site or its content to mislead others about YiG or Yigcore.
4. Film, preview and demonstration data
The film and the interactive preview show Yigcore on fictitious data. They illustrate the product and its direction, including features still being built or validated, which the home page lists. They are not a commitment to a feature, a date or a result on your own data, and must not be used for any financial decision.
5. Intellectual property
The site's texts, visuals, film, preview and code belong to the publisher, except third-party elements credited in the licence page. You may quote short extracts with attribution; any other reproduction needs our written permission.
6. Use of Yigcore
Yigcore is designed for recurring spreadsheet work, whatever the business domain, with a person reviewing and accepting every change. The pilot agreement will exclude uses that would make the software part of a high-risk AI use under the EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, Annex III), such as credit scoring of individuals or decisions about employees. See AI transparency.
7. Availability and liability
We try to keep the site available and accurate but cannot guarantee it is uninterrupted or free of errors. Because the site is free and informative, we are liable only for damage directly caused by our fault and proven by you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that French law does not allow to be limited, in particular for bodily injury, gross negligence (faute lourde) or wilful misconduct (dol).
8. Links
The site links to third-party services, such as the calendar used to book a call. Their own terms and privacy policies apply there.
9. Changes
We may change these terms; the version online applies from the date shown above. If a change matters to people on our list, we tell them by email at least 15 days before it applies.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. Before any legal action, write to support@yigcore.com so we can try to settle the matter amicably within 30 days. Failing that, the competent French courts have jurisdiction, under the ordinary rules of jurisdiction. If you are nonetheless acting as a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
